Who organizes the giveaway?
The organizer of the giveaway on Instagram is GOAT LUXURY GmbH, Kurze Straße 1, 89073 Ulm (hereinafter also "GOAT LUXURY", "we"). The competition is not connected to Instagram and is not sponsored, organized or supported by Instagram in any way. By participating in this contest, all participants release Instagram from any claims or any liability in connection with the contest. The sole contact and responsible party is GOAT LUXURY GmbH. Winning claims cannot be transferred or assigned to other persons. Participation in the competition is free of charge. The winner will be drawn at random from all participants.
The prize cannot be paid out in cash.
Who can participate?
All participants must be at least 18 years old and have full legal capacity. Only one entry per person is possible. A distribution of the prize to minors will not take place. Employees of GOAT LUXURY GmbH and their relatives are excluded from participation in the competition. Moreover participants outside the EU (European Union) are excluded to avoid export issues.

Over what period does the competition take place?
The opportunity to participate in the competition begins on 21.05.2024 at 7.00 pm and ends on 09.06.2023 at 1:00 pm (closing date). The time at which your content is posted in the story is decisive. Unfortunately, we cannot take technical problems into account.
What leads to the exclusion of participation?
The GOAT LUXURY GmbH is entitled to exclude from participation in the sweepstake without notice under the following conditions:
- in case of attempted manipulation with regard to the sweepstake, in particular its participation process
- in the case of registration via a commercial provider whose business purpose serves, among other things, the
manipulation of sweepstakes or the registration for sweepstakes
- in the case of postings and comments that violate German law, netiquette or the Instagram guidelines
- if the deadline for the transmission of the data is missed
- in the event of culpable violations of other material obligations arising from these terms and conditions of participation
The organizer may also declare such exclusion retrospectively, revoke the prize and challenge it.
How do you find out that you have won and what happens then?
The winner will be drawn at random from all participants on 09.06.2024 during on Instagram or our latest YouTube Video. The winner will be marked by us in the story and contacted via "Direct Message". Please note that we can only leave messages on Instagram profiles that follow us via @goat.luxury. With the winning notification, the winner will be asked to subsequently provide GOAT LUXURY GmbH with the necessary contact information (consisting of last name, first name, address and email address) via "Direct Message" to our account @goat.luxury. The participant is responsible for the accuracy of the contact information provided. If the winner does not contact @goat.luxury within 48 hours after notification of the prize, the prize will be forfeited.
What about the protection of your data and privacy?
GOAT LUXURY GmbH (responsible party) is committed to protecting the privacy of participants and assures to collect, process and use the data in accordance with applicable German and European data protection regulations, in particular the Basic Data Protection Regulation, the Federal Data Protection Act. No data will be passed on to third parties or used for purposes other than the implementation of this competition.
When participating in this competition, GOAT LUXURY GmbH will only collect the personal data pursuant to Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b DS-GVO that GOAT LUXURY GmbH requires to determine the winners and the personal data required for communication of the winners by GOAT LUXURY GmbH
The following data will then be requested from the winner via "Direct Message": surname, first name, address, e-mail address, and, in case of reasonable doubt, proof of eligibility through appropriate checks.
Your name, first name, address, as well as e-mail address and, if applicable, screenshot, will only be received by employees of GOAT LUXURY GmbH who are entrusted with the processing of our competition. The data provided by the participant will be processed for the duration of the promotion and deleted after the final processing of the promotion, provided that there are no retention or limitation periods.
The individual data consisting of surname, first name and e-mail address of the possible winners, will furthermore be stored until the completion of the prize handover and deleted at the latest on 31.12.2025.
You have the following rights:
- To receive information from GOAT LUXURY GmbH about the data stored about you [and/or] to have incorrectly stored data corrected.
- In addition, the right to erasure or to restriction of processing or a right to object to processing.
- You have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority if you believe that the processing of personal data concerning you is in breach of the law.

The supervisory authority in Baden-Württemberg is the State Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information Baden-Württemberg.
Reservation clause
GOAT LUXURY GmbH reserves the right to modify, interrupt or terminate the competition at any time without prior notice and without giving reasons. However, GOAT LUXURY GmbH will only make use of this option if, for reasons of force majeure, technical reasons (e.g. viruses in the computer system, manipulation or errors in the hardware and/or software) or for legal reasons, the proper execution of the competition cannot be guaranteed. The GOAT LUXURY GmbH is not liable for losses, failures or delays caused by circumstances beyond our control.
All information on the part of the organizer is provided without guarantee. The legal process is excluded. Should individual clauses be or become invalid, this shall not affect the validity of the remaining clauses. German law applies to the user relationship between the participant and GOAT LUXURY GmbH.
